Singapore Chilli Clam Noodles

Serves: 4-5



  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 kg of clams
  • 1 cup of chopped shallots (approximately 4 shallots)
  • 1 jar Lord & Lion Singapore Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened yoghurt
  • 300 g of cooked sweet potato noodles (or another of your favourite noodles)
  • Juice of half a lime



  1. Heat a large skillet over moderate heat, add in olive oil along with the clams and shallots. 
  2. Cook for three to four minutes or until clams start to pop open, add in the Singapore Chilli Garlic Sauce, mixing until evenly distributed.
  3. Add in the cooked/ hydrated noodles and fresh lime juice. 
  4. Toss liberally, serve immediately.
