Sambhar Lentil Masala

This spice blend is so easy to use. Its tamarind, tangy taste pairs well rice, roti, bread or dosas. Use it in your curries and lentils or to marinate your meat, seafood and veg. Sprinkle some on your roast veggies, add it to flavour rice, mix with hummus, yogurt or mayo for dipping or add to your breads when baking.
