I have to say that having just made up your butter chicken masala yesterday…the taste was absolutely magnificent! I don’t know how you do it? I have made quite a few butter chicken dishes over the years, but nothing…and I mean absolutely nothing…comes even close to the end result I engineered with your spice blend! Three tablespoons of your mix seemed to build this most beautiful dish! I now await my attempt at your Biryani Rice Masala…I’m sure I will not be disappointed - Anthony

I was super suprised at receiving an additional spice mix in my order. This made my day and I cannot wait to try it. The butter chicken masala mix is outstanding. Highly recommend!!!!
I really enjoy making this dish - I use sliced tenderloin chicken which I only marinate for 20 minutes while I put the rice cooker on.
I've added vegetables but had no cashews. It is very flavourful and quick and simple to put together. Highly recommended.
This was quick and easy to make and tastes so authentic it’s restaurant quality. Love it.
