Green Goddess Smoothie

This smoothie is nutrient-packed, creamy, and naturally sweetened — perfect for a healthy breakfast, post-workout boost, or midday snack! lt will have you glowing from the inside out!

Serves: 2

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon Lord & Lion Ceylon Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lord & Lion turmeric powder*
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 ripe banana
  • A handful of almonds (about 10-12)
  • 3-4 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • A tiny pinch of cracked black pepper

 

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender:   Spinach, spirulina, coconut water, banana, almonds, yoghurt, honey, chia seeds, avocado, cinnamon, turmeric, and the tiny pinch of cracked black pepper.
  1. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut water if you want a thinner consistency.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if needed.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy your nourishing smoothie!

 

Note: The small amount of black pepper helps your body absorb the turmeric's curcumin better. Even a tiny pinch makes a difference.
